Compassion Church has deep roots in St. Johns. What began in 2008 as Pathway—a small group of neighbors who loved Jesus and loved their community—has grown and changed through seasons of challenge, healing, and renewal. Along the way, we’ve partnered with others, weathered struggles, and discovered that God’s grace really is enough.

In 2025, Compassion Church was launched as both something old and something new—a continuation of a faithful story and a fresh beginning. We are a small but tenacious community where people can ask questions, bring their whole selves, and find hope in Christ. Together, we want to keep growing in faith, loving our neighbors, and sharing compassion in practical ways that make a difference.
