Compassion Church is more than a church in a strip mall—throughout the week, our doors are open to community partners who bring care and support to our neighbors. Vital partners such as Alcoholics Anonymous, the St. Johns Baby Pantry, Compassion in Action, and the Work of Heart foster care support group at Caring and Sharing walk alongside families, strengthen recovery, and remind every neighbor that they are not alone. Our hope is that this building will always be a hub for healing, encouragement, and practical help.

Community Partners

St. Johns Baby Pantry

The Baby Pantry offers free diapers, wipes, clothing, and other essentials for families with young children. By easing the burden of basic needs, this ministry makes sure parents and caregivers don’t have to walk the journey of raising little ones alone.

Compassion in Action

Compassion in Action provides food and support to neighbors through a monthly mobile food pantry. Working with Clinton County RESA students, CIA also helps provide backpacks of food for students in St. Johns and surrounding school districts—making sure kids have what they need even outside the classroom. In addition, CIA works with other area nonprofits to assist individuals and families facing financial crises, offering both help and hope in difficult times.

Alcoholics Anonymous

AA meets weekly at Compassion Church to provide a safe, confidential space for anyone seeking freedom from alcohol addiction. With peer support and proven steps, AA helps individuals take courageous steps toward recovery and wholeness.

Work of Heart at Caring and Sharing

This foster care support group connects foster families with encouragement, resources, and community. Families find strength for the challenges of foster care and celebrate the joy of providing safe, loving homes for children.
