Our Hospitality Team helps Compassion feel like home. From greeting at the door to brewing coffee or answering questions at the welcome table, this team makes Sundays warm, friendly, and easy to navigate. Hospitality also includes keeping an eye out for safety and security, helping everyone feel both welcome and cared for. If you love people and a good smile, this is your place.

Compassion Kids is our ministry for infants through 5th grade. Volunteers here help create a safe, fun environment where kids can play, learn, and discover how much Jesus loves them. Whether you enjoy teaching, leading activities, or simply caring for little ones, this team is a powerful way to invest in the next generation.

Our Worship and Tech Teams bring Sundays to life through music, sound, media, and production. If you’re gifted in singing, playing an instrument, or love working behind the scenes with tech, you can help create an atmosphere where our whole church can connect with God in meaningful ways.

Our Care Team is about showing compassion in everyday ways—bringing meals, writing cards, and offering encouragement to those who need it most. If you have a heart for helping people feel seen and supported, this team is a beautiful way to serve.

From Play Group to big community events like Candy Land, the Parade, Chili Cook-Off, or Gamers’ Guild, our Event Support team makes it all possible. Whether it’s setting up, hosting, or just lending a hand where needed, this team helps turn ideas into experiences where people can connect and belong. And through it all, we hope people catch a glimpse of Jesus and how much He loves them.

The Facilities Crew keeps things running smoothly, from set-up and tear-down to fixing what’s broken and making sure our building is ready for ministry.
